Are you an experienced Fire Safety professional looking for a rewarding opportunity within a local authority?

Enfield have a contract available with an immediate start, as a Fire Safety Surveyor you will:
路Provide expert fire safety advice to senior managers and housing teams.
路Conduct fire risk assessments for complex and non-complex residential buildings and places of assembly.
路Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to effectively manage fire safety risks.
路Influence key stakeholders to implement necessary fire safety actions based on risk assessments and reports.
路Work alongside the London Fire Brigade (LFB), conducting joint inspections and supporting community engagement initiatives.
路Deliver fire risk assessments for new-builds and acquisitions.

What We're Looking For:
路UK Resident
路Level 5 or higher qualification in Fire Safety or Fire Safety Engineering.
路Membership of a recognised fire or construction professional body (Graduate level or higher).
路Minimum 5 years of experience conducting fire risk assessments within the social housing sector.
路Strong understanding of building construction methods.
路Fire Door Inspector certification or Fire Stopping Inspection Diploma.
路Registration as a life safety assessor (or willingness to obtain this within the probation period).
