Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative classroom-based training sessions on DEA Retrofit assessments.
- Provide support and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.
- Ensure all training materials meet the required standards and industry regulations.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Assess and verify the quality of assessments through the IQA process.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current DEA Retrofit Assessor qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
- Proven experience in the Retrofit or Energy Efficiency sector.
- Strong knowledge of current industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience in delivering training and supporting learners.
- Excellent communication and organisationalskills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
Desirable:
- Experience in teaching or facilitating learning in a classroom setting.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital assessment tools.
