Senior Building Surveyor

Location - Enfield

Duration - 3-6 Months on a contract basis - This will be reviewed for an extension

Day rate - 350- 400 per day

Sellick Partnership are working alongside an organisation within the public sector to assist with the recruitment of a Construction Project Manager to work within their construction, maintenance and facilities management team.

The job responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor involve:

  • Be part of a team responsible for the delivery of an ambitious capital programme exceeding 100m over the next five years
  • Deliver a mix of lifecycle and maintenance projects ranging from typically 100k to 750k
  • Assist with the management of the Corporate Building Surveying and Lifecycle Project Delivery
  • Audit, control and monitor condition survey data input into the AMS
  • Recommend areas for service improvement based on relevant data and information
  • Effectively manage budgets and projects within your service ensuring effective cost management and prioritisation
  • Manage the life cycle of buildings

Essential criteria for the Senior Building Surveyor:

  • Previously determined when key works should be undertaken during the life period of the building
  • Current member of CIOB, RICS, APM or equivalent
  • Previously worked within social housing (Preferred)
