Role Overview:
We working with a company based in Near Enfield, Greater London who are seeking an experienced and ambitious Contracts Manager to join their team. This full-time, permanent position involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will manage a variety of maintenance tasks, ranging in size and value, for prestigious commercial properties across central London and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tenders and commercial bids to help bring in new business.
  • Develop and present project proposals.
  • Meet with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Produce plans and estimate budgets and timescales.
  • Discuss, draft, review, and negotiate the terms of business contracts.
  • Manage construction schedules and budgets.
  • Attend site meetings to monitor progress.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, site, and project managers.
  • Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee invoicing at the end of a project.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 3 years' experience in contract management, preferably within commercial property maintenance.
  • A trade background is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive approach to problem-solving and health and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Full UK driving licence and the ability to commute to Potters Bar.
