The Role:
The successful candidate will assist our client’s busy property dept in handling the Post Completions and must be numerical with a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate will be:
- Supporting solicitors with both residential property dept.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
- Handling pre- and post-completion processes, including submitting registrations to the Land Registry.
- Assisting in liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
- Conducting legal research and preparing reports on various property-related matters.
- Managing client files efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
The Candidate
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in property law, particularly residential conveyancing with post completions experience.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Hours: 9-5.30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Holidays: Standard plus bank holidays
Salary: circa £22-23,000pa
*This role would ideally suit a Paralegal who has had previous experience in Residential Conveyancing and dealing with post completions.
