Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our Enfield branch on a full-time, on-site basis.

As a Solicitor at Addison & Khan Solicitors, you will play a key role in providing expert legal counsel and representation across a variety of practice areas, including:

• Family Law
• Conveyancing
• Immigration

You will be responsible for managing legal matters, advising clients, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. This role includes a one-hour lunch break and offers the opportunity to be part of a friendly and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert legal advice and representation to clients, specializing in one or more areas of law.
• Prepare legal documents and manage case files with precision and efficiency.
• Handle cases within your area of expertise, such as conveyancing, family law, immigration, or other legal fields.
• Negotiate and draft contracts in commercial or specialised transactions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and decision-making.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop tailored legal strategies and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A law degree or valid practicing certificates as a qualified solicitor.
• At least 3 year (PQE).
• Expertise in either Immigration, Family Law, Conveyancing, Labour and Employment Law, and Commercial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
