Salary: £90-£100 per day (Depending on experience)

Hours: 8:15 am - 3:45 pm

Responsibilities of the Autism Teaching Assistant (TA)
- Provide tailored, child-centred support for students with Autism.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement effective strategies.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Remain resilient and proactive in managing challenges in the classroom.
Requirements of the Autism Teaching Assistant (TA)
- Previous experience working with children with Autism and complex needs.
- Work on a 1:1 basis to meet the specific needs of individual students.
- A strong understanding of ASD and related strategies.
- Ability to use a child-centred approach to support learning and development.
- A proactive and resilient attitude to handle diverse challenges.
