Role Overview as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:- Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Location: Enfield, North London
- Salary: £80-£100 per day
- Start Date: Immediate
- Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with children needing extra support
- Assist with learning activities, classroom setup, and behaviour management
- Support children with SEN, particularly autism and communication needs
- Liaise with teaching staff and SENCO to adapt resources and track progress
- Be a positive role model, promoting confidence and engagement
- Recent graduate in Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, or similar
- Passionate about working with children, especially those with additional needs
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Any experience with tutoring, mentoring, or classroom support is a bonus
