The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers across KS1 and KS2, assisting pupils with academic progress, emotional well-being, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils who need extra help with learning.
  • Assist with speech & language interventions, phonics, and numeracy support.
  • Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning needs.
  • Use strategies such as visual aids, sensory learning, and structured routines to help children engage.
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to ensure each child thrives.

  • A graduate in Psychology, Sociology, SEN Studies, or Education.
