The Role:- Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant.
- Salary: £80-£100 per day, depending on experience.
- Location: Enfield, North London.
- Start Date: Immediate.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers across KS1 and KS2, assisting pupils with academic progress, emotional well-being, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils who need extra help with learning.
- Assist with speech & language interventions, phonics, and numeracy support.
- Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning needs.
- Use strategies such as visual aids, sensory learning, and structured routines to help children engage.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to ensure each child thrives.
- A graduate in Psychology, Sociology, SEN Studies, or Education.
- A strong interest in working with children with additional needs.
- A positive and adaptable attitude with excellent communication skills.
- An ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- A future ambition to train as a teacher, SEN specialist, or educational psychologist.
- Gain SEN Experience - Work with children who need specialist learning support.
