Milk Education are recruiting a full-time SATS Intervention Specialist for a primary school in Enfield, North London. The successful candidate will work closely with Year 6 students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to provide targeted SATS preparation and boost their confidence in Maths and English. Working hours are 8:30-16:00, Monday to Friday.
Previous experience delivering SATS intervention is essential, and a strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum is required.

SATS Intervention Specialist role & responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to Year 6 pupils, helping them prepare for their SATS exams in Maths and English
- Design and deliver intervention sessions based on the specific needs of the students, focusing on key areas for improvement
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to engage students and boost their confidence in test-taking
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure maximum impact
- Work closely with the class teacher to track student progress and adapt resources to support learning
- Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages achievement
Non-negotiables:
- Experience of working with Year 6 students and delivering SATS intervention in Maths and English
- A strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and SATS requirements
- Experience in planning and delivering tailored interventions for pupils
- Strong communication and organisational skills
