Do You Have a Love of Maths and Supporting Students?An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maths Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Enfield this February. You'll work closely with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students who need additional support in Maths, helping to boost their confidence and academic achievement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maths graduate, someone with Maths A-levels, or anyone passionate about inspiring young learners and starting a career in education.
What You'll Be Doing:-
Maths Support
- Assist students in-class, provide one-to-one support, and lead small group sessions to boost Maths understanding.

Engaging with Students
- Build rapport with learners, creating a positive and supportive environment that helps them thrive.

Mainstream Setting
- Work collaboratively in a dynamic secondary school setting, supporting students with varied needs.

Flexibility and Adaptability
- Assist with tailoring lessons and activities to suit the needs of individual students.
- Location: Enfield, easily accessible by bus or car, with parking available within a 10-minute walk.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am-4:00pm (TBC).
- Ofsted: Rated "Good" and highly regarded in the local community.

- A Maths Graduate or Equivalent: Applicants with Maths A-levels will also be considered.
- Experience with Children: Experience in a classroom, as a tutor, or working with students with SEN is highly valued.
- Strong Work Ethic: Enthusiastic, patient, and a positive role model.
- Great Communication Skills: Able to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively.
