This role is ideal for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant who wants to support children aged 0-5 years in a structured and nurturing learning environment.
The Role:
- Position: Nursery Assistant.
- Salary: 13.50-15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Location: Enfield, North London.
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Start Date: Immediate.
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children's early development, working alongside a dedicated team of early years professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Encourage children's language, social, and emotional development through structured play.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, fostering independence and confidence in young learners.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment where children feel valued and encouraged.
- Work closely with staff, parents, and carers to provide the best outcomes for each child.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
- A positive, energetic, and nurturing approach to working with children.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A commitment to promoting inclusive and high-quality early years education.
