We are looking for a Pastoral Assistant to work with and develop students, academically, socially and morally to have increased success in the mainstream classroom environment. An inclusive PRU in Enfield are seeking a dedicated Learning Pastoral Assistant to work across multiple subjects, enhancing learning and fostering positive behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support across various subjects.
- Deliver tailored interventions to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt learning materials to meet the needs of individual students.
- Build trusting relationships with students to encourage academic and emotional development.
- Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and developing resilience.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience working with students with behavioural challenges or in alternative provisions is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a calm and patient approach.
- A commitment to inclusive education and fostering student growth.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and varied learning environment.
