Long Term Futures are working with an inclusive and supportive secondary school in Enfield, EN3, seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting students' well-being and personal development while working as part of a nurturing and highly skilled pastoral team.

  • Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student development
  • Assist with behaviour management, mentoring, and conflict resolution when necessary
