The Role: This is a full-time, long-term role for an enthusiastic and creative Behaviour Mentor starting ASAP or in September 2024. You will be supporting students with behavioural challenges, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and can achieve their best. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioural management and a passion for helping young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to students with behavioural challenges.
  • Work closely with the Pastoral Leader and class teachers to ensure students can access the curriculum.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
  • Participate in staff meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development.
