Reeson Education is working with a fantastic primary school in Enfield to recruit a skilled and reliable Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 class. This full-time role is ideal for someone who's confident supporting learning in upper Key Stage 2, especially with pupils who need extra academic guidance or behaviour support.

Salary: £82.14-£100 per day

Contract: Full-time, term-time only

Experience supporting learning in KS2, particularly Years 4-6

Ability to work with pupils who need additional focus and structure

Comfortable delivering guided reading, maths, and writing interventions

Excellent communication and behaviour management skills

A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

Providing 1:1 and small group support during lessons

Supporting academic progress and engagement across core subjects

Encouraging positive behaviour and focus in the classroom

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure pupil success
