We are seeking experienced and passionate Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND). Our Enfield-based school caters to children and young adults aged 5-18, providing tailored support for a range of needs including Autism, SEMH, severe learning difficulties, and speech and language communication challenges.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping with both their academic development and personal care needs. Previous experience working with SEND students is not essential as full training will be provided, though experience in a school setting is critical for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support children or young adults in their learning and personal care.
  • Work effectively with other staff to support student development.
  • Experience in school-based environments is required.
  • A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, registered with the online update service, or willingness to apply for one.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience supporting young people with learning difficulties or disabilities.
