We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive secondary school in Enfield this April. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference in students' lives, particularly those who need extra behavioural and emotional support to thrive in an educational setting.

The Role:

  • Work closely with students across KS3 and KS4 who require behavioural support.
  • Implement effective strategies to support positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams.
  • Provide 1:1 or small group mentoring sessions to promote emotional regulation and resilience.
  • Support classroom behaviour management and intervention strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a secondary school or with young people with behavioural needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, calm and patient approach.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.
  • Been a Behaviour Mentor previously.
