Provide one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviour and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes.
Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to develop individual support plans.

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting children with challenging behaviour and SEMH in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
