The Company:
A global FM and property management company who actively encourage internal promotion and progression.
The Role:
All travel is paid door to door.
Working exclusively on one contract that has just been renewed for a further 3 years, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services across 10 mixed use sites, (industrial and commercial) between Central London, Felixstoweand Dartford.
You will be predominantly working on electrical services although you will still be required to carry out general PPM's.
The person:
- It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are a fully-qualified electrician.
Salary:
40,00 - 40,500, all travel paid, private use of the van, door to door, 25 Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension.
Currently there is no call out rota although this may change in the coming monthsto a 1 in 7 rota, with standby being paid at 150 per week
