Repairs Surveyor
- Hourly Rate: 38 per hour (Umbrella)
- Location: Enfield and North London
- Job Type: Hybrid (Onsite/Home/Office), Temp to Perm
- Start date: Flexible
We are actively seeking a Repairs Surveyor start in the North London area (Enfield and North London). The role is initially on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent after 3 to 6 months.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct inspections across various properties to diagnose reported issues.
- Prioritise repair work and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Instruct and oversee contractors to ensure repair work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure all repair activities adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Update the in-house CRM system on a daily basis.
- Provide professional advice on property repairs and maintenance strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repair schedules, and completed works.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a general repairs or maintenance role
- Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in report writing and record keeping.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Good IT skills and experience of producing written reports.
- Must hold a full UK Driving licence and own vehicle
