Repairs Surveyor

We are actively seeking a Repairs Surveyor start in the North London area (Enfield and North London). The role is initially on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent after 3 to 6 months.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct inspections across various properties to diagnose reported issues.
  • Prioritise repair work and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Instruct and oversee contractors to ensure repair work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure all repair activities adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Update the in-house CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Provide professional advice on property repairs and maintenance strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repair schedules, and completed works.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a general repairs or maintenance role
  • Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in report writing and record keeping.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Good IT skills and experience of producing written reports.
  • Must hold a full UK Driving licence and own vehicle
