Are you an experienced Technical Supervisor with an electrical bias looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our technical team within a critical environment in Enfield.
The Role:
As a Technical Supervisor, you will oversee a team of four Shift Leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of electrical and mechanical systems within a high demand setting. This is a Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM role, offering a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum with an additional £3,000 HV allowance for candidates holding High Voltage (HV) qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Shift Leaders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and site-specific regulations
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance within a critical environment
- Drive operational efficiency and system reliability
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure business continuity
What We're Looking For:
?Electrical bias with strong technical expertise
? Experience working in a critical environment (e.g., data centres, healthcare, financial institutions)
? Leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced setting
? HV qualification (desirable - additional £3,000 allowance available)
? Strong knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and risk management
