We have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing production team working on a specialist line as a Line Technician/Engineer.

You will be part of a friendly team with the chance to make a real difference in improving the factory. Together, you'll work to run the line efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering line setup and product changeovers
  • Performing minor repairs on line equipment
  • Managing all packaging production processes
  • Inspecting products and packs for quality, as well as performing visual inspections of raw materials and date codes
  • Maintaining and operating highly automated manufacturing equipment to minimise downtime
  • Managing communication with team members and maintaining the efficiency of all plant operations
  • Participating in shift meetings to gather required information
  • Monitoring equipment operations and recommending improvements

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience and understanding of machine operation and maintenance, a can-do attitude, and the ability to effectively manage a small team and conduct quality control checks. Some heavy lifting may be involved.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
