The company:

 Adynamic and ambitious company specialising in snacks. Due to growth, they are looking for an Administrator to join their team, focused on in managing customer interactions and supporting service and operations teams.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage customer queries, orders, and service calls both over the telephone and via email.
  • Coordinate the field service team daily, ensuring efficient operation and communication.
  • Operate and manage the software system concerning service activities.
  • Oversee daily office management tasks including answering and directing phone calls, managing email queries, and logging service calls.
  • Coordinate the ordering and returning of parts between engineers and manufacturers.
