- Managing ASB cases from complaint to resolution, ensuring timely and effective action
- Conducting interviews with complainants, witnesses, and alleged perpetrators
- Taking appropriate enforcement action against ASB perpetrators, including preparing statements for legal proceedings
- Working closely with partner agencies, including the police and social services, to address ASB concerns
- Providing advice and support to victims of ASB, including those affected by domestic abuse and harassment
- Monitoring CCTV and noise recording equipment to gather evidence in compliance with legislation
- Attending court hearings and evictions as required
- A minimum of two years’ experience handling ASB cases
- Knowledge of housing, civil, and criminal law, including the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime, and Policing Act 2014
- Experience working with vulnerable residents, including those facing mental health issues and financial hardship
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Temporary – 3 months
- The pay rate for the role is £25.99 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £22.16 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
