About the Role:
- Supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring students remain on task.
- Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans across different subjects.
- Managing classroom behavior and encouraging a positive learning environment.
- Supporting students with their learning and engagement.
- Reporting any issues and student progress to senior school staff.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a classroom or similar setting, with strong management skills.
- Confidence in delivering lesson plans across multiple subjects and year groups.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively within a school environment.
- Passion for supporting young learners in their education journey.
