Key Responsibilities:
- Manage classroom behaviour and deliver lessons using materials provided by teaching staff.
- Collaborate with the SLT to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Support students and provide one-on-one or small group assistance.
- Adapt to different year groups and subjects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top 20 UK University.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Flexible approach to working with different year groups and lesson plans.
- Location: Enfield, North London
- Contract Type: Long-term, Monday-Friday
- Pay: £550-£600 per week, including holiday pay
