The ideal candidate may have worked in a similar role across the charity sector, care or healthcare and/or have a passion to work within this space. This role requires lots of stakeholder management often within a sensitive environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills across the microsoft suite and be experienced in supporting up to board level when needed.Duties may include ( but not limited to ) :
  • Meticulous diary management
  • Events
  • Complex diary management - multiple diaries
  • Minute taking up to board level
  • Complex travel arrangements - strategic planning of itineraries
  • Project management / support
  • Compliance management
  • High profile Stakeholder management
  • Meeting agenda's and presentations ( including PowerPoint )
  • Activly seeking ways to improve business processes and analysising results
  • Expenses, purchase orders etc
  • Support the wider management and board as needed.
  • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Communication skills, written/verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Keep information confidential
