Early Help Practitioners and Early Years Practitioners, North LondonPay rate to £21 to 24.48 per hour  Contract roles within a Children and Families Social Work Team Vitalis are recruiting for Early Help Practitioners and Early Years Practitioners for a Local Authority in North London. About the rolesThe EH Practitioner will offer outreach-based support to vulnerable families and undertake direct work with children to achieve positive outcomes. You will be the lead professional and will take a whole family approach, working in partnership with other professionals who are part of the Team Around the Family. The Early Years practitioner will be part of team who deliver universal services, made up up of a variety of groups such as stay and play, stories come alive, weaning workshops, Healing Together, Domestic Abuse groups and parenting groups, candidates should have Early Years Background, SEND support, EYFS experience, group delivery experience. You will ensure the quality of the work is consistently high and the voice of the child is central to the work. About you: You will have sound experience and working knowledge of family support and issues affecting our babies, children and young people in harrow. Experience of working closely with partner agencies in Health, Social Care, Voluntary and Charity organisations. Your background may be within Educational Welfare, CACHE (Childcare and Education), Youth Work or similar. Please get in touch for more information.
