Electrical Tester Social Housing
Our client, an Family Owned Multi-Disciplinary Main Contractor is currently seeking two Electrical Testers to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for experienced and qualified testers who are used to reactive ( mobile) work. The role will be delivering reactive maintenance on social housing projects including testing and inspections and voids works.
Currently works are being undertaken in Hammersmith and Enfield so applicants who can commute between the two locations are required.
Duties include:
- Perform all types of electrical work, both indoors and outdoors, on residential and commercial properties.
- Work independently to identify and address electrical system issues.
- To be accountable for the quality and reliability of electrical installations.
- Must possess practical electrical skills and supervisory knowledge to handle installations and testing without direct supervision.
- Demonstrated competence in both domestic and commercial installations, with qualifications like City & Guilds 2391/2395.
- Ability to interpret drawings, determine materials, and take responsibility for job completion, including supervising others if needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with company rules.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2391 Testing & Inspection
- 18th Edition
- NVQ Level 3
- Testing & Inspection experience within the social housing reactive maintenance sector.
