As the Head of Business, you will:

• Lead and manage the Business Studies department, driving outstanding teaching and learning.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated leader with:

• A proven track record of success in teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.
• Leadership or management experience within a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire students and staff alike.
• A commitment to raising standards and promoting a culture of excellence.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and eligibility to work in the UK.
