The role of a HR Assistant:
As a HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various administrative and operational tasks.
The responsibilities of a HR Assistant:
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and processing applications
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring all HR data is up to date
- Supporting the onboarding process for new staff members
- Managing absence records and coordinating leave requests
- Assisting with payroll preparation and processing
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements of a HR Assistant:
- Previous experience in an HR assistant or administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have experience in ITrent AND Arbor
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
