The role of a HR Assistant:

As a HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various administrative and operational tasks.

The responsibilities of a HR Assistant:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and processing applications
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring all HR data is up to date
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new staff members
  • Managing absence records and coordinating leave requests
  • Assisting with payroll preparation and processing
  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements of a HR Assistant:

  • Previous experience in an HR assistant or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have experience in ITrent AND Arbor
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
