Milk Education is looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support a Year 5 pupil displaying challenging behaviours in a primary school in Enfield. If you have experience in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques, this role could be for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 behaviour support, helping the pupil stay engaged in learning.

Implement de-escalation strategies to manage challenging behaviours.

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop behaviour management plans.

Support the pupil’s social and emotional development through positive reinforcement.
Ideal Candidate:
