As a Lunchtime Playworker, you will help supervise and organise fun activities, ensuring that children enjoy a positive and safe break while promoting good behaviour and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise children during lunchtime and outdoor play.
  • Encourage positive play, teamwork, and social skills.
  • Organise and lead structured activities and games to engage pupils.
  • Ensure children follow school behaviour policies and play safely.
  • Support children with any minor issues or conflicts, promoting inclusion.
  • Assist with transitioning pupils back into the classroom after lunch.
