Sonic Summary

We are seeking experienced Multi Traders for property maintenance work in North London.
The position offers a pay rate of £20 per hour and includes a company van with a fuel card.
Candidates should be skilled in at least two trades such as plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, or painting and decorating.
Experience in social housing is required along with a clean driving license.

We are currently looking for experienced skilled Muti Traders due to our property maintenance client winning additional contracts in your area. This work is all based within the social housing sector in either disrepair or tenanted social housing properties based in the North London.

Job Details / Benefits:

Rate: £20 an Hour
Company van + fuel card
Hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm

Key Requirements:

Skilled in 2 or more trades, such as: Plumbing, Carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting &decorating
Social housing experience
Clean driving licence
