  • Inspire and engage students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 with PSHE lessons that cover crucial topics such as mental health, relationships, personal finance, and citizenship.
  • Support students in developing essential life skills, including effective communication, resilience, and critical thinking.
  • Lead thoughtful and empathetic discussions around sensitive topics, creating a safe and inclusive space for students to navigate personal and social challenges.
As part of our commitment to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) support, this role places a strong emphasis on understanding and addressing the unique challenges that students face today. You'll have the chance to work with students with a range of needs, using tailored strategies to enhance their well-being and resilience. This role is essential in helping students to thrive both within and beyond the classroom, giving them the tools to manage emotions, build positive relationships, and develop a robust sense of self-worth.Qualifications and Skills
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the PSHE curriculum and safeguarding practices.
  • Experience teaching PSHE at the secondary level and engaging with students of diverse backgrounds and needs.
