Rate of Pay: 21-22 P/H (Umbrella)

Enfield Council are currently recruiting for a Resident Relationships Officer to join their team.

Main Duties:

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and early support to residents, assess risks, and collaborate with multiple agencies to ensure safety and long-term resolution.
  • Support residents in complying with tenancy conditions, manage risk assessments, and create tailored support plans to foster tenancy sustainment and overall well-being.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, set clear boundaries, and ensure that ongoing support resources are available even after case closure.
  • Regularly assess the impact of interventions, track case progress, gather feedback, and contribute to service improvements while adhering to safeguarding and health and safety policies.

The Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven ability to provide crisis intervention, assess risk, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Experience managing tenancy conditions, creating support plans, and conducting risk assessments to promote tenancy sustainment and ensure health and safety requirements are met.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with residents, set clear boundaries, and ensure positive, ongoing relationships while providing effective support.
