ROLE: Telesales Manager

SALARY: Up to £45,000 DOE

LOCATION: Enfield (office based)


THE COMPANY:We are currently working with a bespoke packaging business, based in Enfield, who are looking to recruit a Telesales Manager to join their team.

THE CANDIDATE:The right candidate will have a strong background in leading a Telesales team, ideally within the foodservice industry or with a B2B background.


Experience of managing KPIs and driving team performance is essential, as well as team management including 1-2-1s and recruitment.


DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Day-to-day management of the regional telesales team.
  • Meeting with team leaders on a weekly basis to discuss team performance and KPIs.
  • Implementing and reviewing processes to improve efficiencies.
  • Analysing data and reports.
  • Organising sales incentives and motivating the team.
