Your Role as a Behaviour Buddy:
- Offer pastoral care and be a pillar of support for pupils.
- Collaborate with teachers to craft and execute tailored education and behaviour plans.
- Enrich the learning experience for gifted and SEN students.
- Establish one-on-one mentoring and provide solace to students in distress.
We Value Your Expertise:
- A solid grasp of the national curriculum and other educational frameworks.
- Insight into child development and strategies to overcome learning obstacles.
- The ability to strategize for students who may be at risk of underperforming.
- Experience in a Secondary School setting or similar educational environment.
