We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing distribution company in the Enfield area as a Picker to assist in preparing orders for shipping.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 6pm to 4am. This is a temporary role, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate, subject to attendance, time keeping and performance.
Duties:
- The role involves working in a freezer. PPE will be provided.
- Maintain a clean and well-organised working environment
- Role requires carrying goods weighing up to 25kg
- You will check containers for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are selected.
- All aspects of warehouse activities
Key attributes required for the role:
- Attention to detail to ensure quality products
- Ability to keep up with the fast nature of the job
- Experience in similar role, able to pick, place and arrange products on pallets.
- Ability to perform to a high level of accuracy.
- Great organisational skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good work ethic including punctuality
