Asbestos Analyst Job Opportunity

Paying up to £37,000 based on experience

Office based in Chelmsford, covering London (Most of the work is South of the River)

The company I am working for has more than 20 years of experience specialising in Asbestos Consultancy, they are fully independent and compliant with all current legislation to ensure safe practise is consistent

Duties:

  • Ensure health and safety standards are always maintained.
  • Collate data and produce various reports when required.
  • Complete air monitoring and stage 4 clearance testing on a range of buildings.
  • Complete various management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a range of sites.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Relevant qualifications for the role, P403 and P404
  • A broad knowledge of Asbestos health and safety legislation and be able to always apply it on site.
  • At least a year working experience in the Asbestos industry.
  • A Full UK driving licence.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver excellent customer service to clients, contractors, and the public.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and be able to commute and work out of hours when necessary.
  • Good IT and numerical skills.
