What You'll Be Doing:- Delivering engaging, practical Computing lessons tailored to individual abilities
- Covering IT fundamentals, coding, digital literacy, and employability-focused computing skills
- Supporting students in developing independence and confidence through tech-based learning
- Working closely with a dedicated team of SEN professionals to ensure students thrive
- Tracking progress and adapting lessons to suit different learning styles
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
- Experience teaching Computing, ICT, or Digital Skills, ideally in an SEN or alternative education setting
- A creative, adaptable approach to teaching, with a passion for inclusive education
- Strong behaviour management and the ability to motivate and inspire young people
- Knowledge of adaptive technologies and how they can support SEN learners (desirable)
