As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you’ll benefit from ongoing professional development and play an essential role in supporting young children in a nurturing and positive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the nursery team in day-to-day tasks, ensuring the environment is safe, positive, and happy for all children.
Support young learners in early years development, helping to foster a love of learning from a young age.
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained in all activities.
Collaborate with the wider team to create a stimulating environment that encourages exploration and growth.
Provide individual attention and support to children to enhance their social and cognitive development.

Requirements:

Level 3 CACHE qualification is essential. A bachelor’s degree from a top UK university is preferred.
Passionate about working with children in early years and committed to creating a positive learning atmosphere.
Available for a full-time role in Enfield, North London, starting in November 2025.
