The Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching staff and enhancing the learning experience of students. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
Providing one-on-one support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Supporting small group interventions to boost student progress.
Helping with classroom preparation and organization.
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An empathetic and proactive approach to student support.
Experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable but not essential.
