Pay Rate: 90 - 110 per day
About the Role:
Simply Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with children who have SEN and behavioural needs.
This rewarding role involves:
- Providing tailored support to help children engage with the curriculum.
- Assisting in the implementation of individual education and behaviour plans.
- Building positive relationships to foster confidence, motivation, and growth.
- Collaborating with teachers and specialists to ensure each child's needs are met.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience supporting children with SEN and behavioural challenges.
- Be patient, empathetic, and resilient.
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Hold relevant qualifications or experience (Teaching Assistant, SEND Support, etc).
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
