  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs).
  • Encouraging students to develop social skills, self-confidence, and positive attitudes towards learning.
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress, identifying areas for further support.
