About the Role:- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the class teacher to engage and motivate students, helping them achieve their full potential.

- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Empathetic Listener: Skilled in helping students boost their confidence and self-esteem through attentive listening and thoughtful intervention.
A thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential for this role. All successful applicants will need to pass enhanced DBS checks and safer recruitment processes.
