Key Responsibilities:As a Teaching Assistant in Enfield, you will:
- Individualized Support: Provide personalized, one-on-one, and small-group assistance to students, ensuring every child has the support they need to succeed.
- IEP Development: Collaborate in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Inclusive Classroom: Work alongside teachers to foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
- Skill Development: Help students build social, emotional, and academic skills, encouraging their overall growth.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and monitor student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents to support continued development.
