HR Coordinator | Onsite | £35K | Full time | Enfield

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our client onsite full time. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth HR processes, and helping manage the full employee life cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR administration and a drive to deliver exceptional support. You will be working with a diverse range of stakeholders to create a positive working environment while maintaining compliance and best HR practices.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
  • Understanding of HR practices and employment law.
  • Experience in managing HR processes for diverse workforces, including casual workers and volunteers.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
