Key Requirements:

  • A solid foundation in HR practices with 2-3 years of hands-on experience within an HR department.
  • Understanding of legal requirements and HR best practices, ensuring the company complies with all relevant employment laws, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting HR documents, conducting interviews, handling employee queries, and liaising with managers and employees across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with managers, team members, and external partners to drive HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • A collaborative mindset to work closely with colleagues across departments, ensuring smooth HR operations and the successful implementation of HR strategies.
  • Support initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and engagement, including regular feedback mechanisms, surveys, and initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, training records, and absence tracking. Familiarity with HR software and tools is beneficial.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, including turnover rates, absence reports, and diversity metrics, to provide insights into HR activities and support data-driven decision-making.
